Klarna

Your payment is processed by our partner Klarna. Once your goods are being shipped you will receive
instructions on how to complete your payment. You can manage all your payments via Klarna.com or in the Klarna app and even pay with just one click.

Paytrail

Versatile Paytrail offers the following payment options:

Advance Payment

When choosing advance payment, you will receive our payment information with the order confirmation in your e-mail. Your order will be processed and delivered when the payment transaction is transferred to our account.

Fast Shipping

In our online store there are multiple shipping options from which you may choose the best suiting option for you! We process orders during the opening times of our store, and most of the orders will be shipped or ready for pick-up on the same day, or during the next business day at the latest.

Pick-up from the store Free

You can pick up your order during the opening times of our store, after you have received a notification in your email that states that the order is ready for pick up . If the delivery notification does not appear, make sure to check your junk folder as well! See the contact information and opening times of our store here

When you are picking up the package , we will ask to see a driver’s license or another form of an identity confirmation. If another person is picking up the order for you, a signed authorisation is needed. Recipient’s name, order number and signature must be included in the authorisation.

Orders will be stored in our store for 7 days after being processed, and after the 7-day period, orders that haven’t been picked up will be cancelled. Contact our customer service if you want to keep the order active but won’t be able to pick it up during the mentioned period.

Posti home delivery – Posti Kotipaketti 11€

Posti Kotipaketti is a simple solution for our online customers. Posti will contact the recipient during the next business day in most cases, and the delivery time will be arranged. The arrangeable delivery times vary on different areas from 9 to 21. Price of Kotipaketti is 11€ for all orders.

Pick Up from a Matkahuolto service point - Lähellä-paketti 6€

Your order will be delivered to your chosen Matkahuolto service point, from which you can pick up your order. If a pick up location has not been chosen, your order will be delivered to the Matkahuolto service point closest you. When picking up the package, remember to take your ID’s with you! Lähellä-paketti is free for orders over 100€.

Pick up from a Posti service point or a Parcel Locker – Postipaketti 6€

Your order will be delivered to your chosen Posti service point or a Posti Parcel Locker, from which you can pick up your order. If a service point has not been chosen, your order will be delivered to the closest Posti service point. When picking up the package, remember to take your ID’s with you! Posti-parcel is free for orders over 100€.

Letter – 3,50€

The smallest products will be delivered by mail as a letter. This delivery method is available only for the smallest products , for example different accessories that fit in an envelope. Letters will be delivered to your home, but wont be trackable like parcel deliveries. For orders over 100€, the delivery is free. 

International shipping

Parcel to northern EU areasShipit / Posti ParcelConnect - 14€

This shipping option covers the following countries : Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Germany. Parcels are shipped to the customer’s nearest collection point. In addition, the service includes one delivery attempt to the recipient’s address when shipping to Germany and Baltics. Delivery times vary depending on the country as follows : Estonia & Latvia 1-2 days, Lithuania 2-3 days, Sweden 2-4 days, Germany 3-4 days.

Parcel to EU areaShipit / Posti ParcelConnect - 19€

This option covers the rest of the European Union countries. Parcels are shipped to the recipient’s nearest collection point. Service Includes one delivery attempt to the recipient’s address. Delivery time for most of the countries is 4-5 days, except Bulgaria, Croatia, Spain and Portugal, to which the delivery will take 4-8 days.

Parcel to outside of EU – Shipit/ Posti Priority - 29€

This shipping option is applied when ordering from the following countries: United Kingdom, Norway, USA, Canada, and Russia. Parcels are shipped to the recipient’s nearest collection point. In addition the service includes one delivery attempt to the recipient’s address. Delivery time is 4-8 days.

Free domestic returns and exchanges

We hope that the products you have ordered please you and match your expectations. In case you want to return any of the products you have ordered, you have the right to return unused products within 14 days. Every order comes with a return form and return instructions, which will make the return or exchange of a product simple and effortless.

Return instructions in Finland

FREE CUSTOMER RETURN FROM A POSTI SERVICE POINT (in Finland)

If you decide to return a product, it means the sale has been cancelled. When you return an order, we will refund you the price of the products you have ordered, excluding possible shipping costs.

Instructions for returns and exchanges:

  1. Pack the products into the package they arrived in, or in a similar package.
  1. Insert the filled return form inside the package to make processing of the return easier. In case you want to exchange products, mark it on the return form. We recommend you to contact our customer service so we can make sure the desired product is available.
  1. Seal the package carefully and write the recipients’s information on the package:

  1. Take the package to a post office. At Posti, you can handle the return on a counter and ask for a return to E.Saastamoinen with contract number 656113. Reason for the return will not be asked. Return will be free.

  2. When returning an order, you will receive a receipt for a package left for transport. Keep the receipt until the return process has been completed.
    1. When your return arrives to us for processing, we will refund the price of the products excluding shipping costs. Exchanged products will be delivered to you with no costs.

    Return to the store

    You can also return your order to our store. Take the order confirmation that has been sent to your email with you. We would appreciate if you would inform us about an in-store return in advance. In our store the sum will be reimbursed to you with the same payment method that was used for the order.

    Unfortunately we can not offer cash-returns for orders over 200€. If you have paid the order with a bank transfer, we will transfer the refund to your bank account, and the refund will show on your account within 2 business days. You will receive an receipt for your return from the counter in our store. Orders paid with Klarna will receive an email that contains information about free returns.

    International returns

    Customer is responsible for the costs of a return from outside of Finland. Pack the products into the original package, or a similar package.

    When returning a package to the post office, you will receive a receipt for your return. Keep the receipt until the return has been processed completely.

    Return Conditions

    Customer is responsible for shipping costs. We cover all the shipping costs related to returns and exchanges. Letter-returns will be paid by the customer, but we will refund the possible shipping costs back to you. Shipping costs of the original order will not be refunded. In case an order is cancelled before we have delivered it, the total sum of the order will be refunded, shipping costs included. The refund will be made within 14 days with the payment method used for the order.

    Ordering

    Products are ordered in our online store by moving them into the shopping cart and paying the contents of the shopping cart through an online payment service. All customer data is processed confidentially. Information asked during checkout will not be used for other purposes besides shipping the order, or clearing any obscurities regarding it, unless stated otherwise. When ordering from the online store you are assumed to have gotten familiar and committed to the shipping conditions in force at the time. 

    Payment and payment options

    Our primary payment service is Klarna which offers invoice, installments, credit card payment and online banking services as payment options.

    By giving information during the checkout you agree to Klarna AB's (Klarna AB, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm) conditions. By clicking the "buy" button you agree to general conditions of E. Saastamoinen Oy.

    Order- and payment confirmation

    When we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by email. The email will include your order information. In case the order confirmation does not arrive, make sure to check the junk folder as well. Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have questions, contact our customer service as fast as possible. Save the order confirmation in case you have to contact our customer service. When dealing with the customer service, always keep your possible customer number and order number available. Always check, that the content of your package matches the products in the order confirmation.

    Shipping options and costs

    Shipping costs include shipping and packaging costs. We will preview an estimate of the shipping costs in the shipping cart, based on the selected shipping method. Exact shipping costs can be seen when you have chosen both payment and shipping method for your order. Available shipping methods depend on the contents of the shipping cart, and the total weight of the package. During the checkout, you can choose the  shipping option that suits you the best, and the exact shipping cost will be shown with it. Shipping cost are free for orders over 100€ in Finland. Shipping costs wont be demanded when choosing the "Pick up from the store"- shipping method.

    Delivery time

    General delivery times in Finland vary depending on the order and shipping method. We send the products on the day of the order, or the next day at the latest, almost without exceptions, so the orders are delivered within 1-3 days. Exceptions to the estimated delivery times are told, if any out of stock - items are in the shopping cart and we will inform you for potential delays immediately after the order.

    We are not responsible for delays or indirect harms caused by a force majeure. Online store informs about exceptions in opening hours on the website.

    Return terms and rights

    Products have a 14-day return right in business-to-consumer transactions. Products returned have to be unused and in flawless condition, with the price tags attached. The return right does not apply to earrings that go through the lobe, underwear, swimming suits, socks or pantyhose. We will check the condition of the products before refunding a payment.

    When returning or exchanging products, you can inform us by email (or by mobile). This is especially important, so we can make sure the exchangeable product is available, and reserve it for you. Pack the products tidily in either the original package or another similar package. Add the filled return form into the package to help processing the return. You can find more detailed return instructions here. Ask for a receipt for your return at the post office and keep the receipt, until the return has been completely processed.

    The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the products. We cover all the shipping costs for domestic returns and exchanges. Customer is responsible for the costs of a return from outside of Finland.

    Letter-returns will be paid by the customer, but we will possibly return the paid shipping cost back to you. Other shipping costs paid during the buying process will not be returned during the return process. In case the order is cancelled before we have delivered it, we will return the total sum of the order, including the shipping costs. We will complete the return within 14 days with the payment method used to make the order.

    Unclaimed package

    Leaving a package unclaimed is not the same as return or a cancellation. For unclaimed packages that have not been cancelled, we will demand shipping costs. 

    Problem situations

    In case a product or a package is lost or has got defective during the transport, or if it doesn't match your order, you have to inform about the mistake within 14 days. You can find our contact information here.
